LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:
Felonies
– Jon Howard McKinley, 26, 5041 W. US 10, Pere Marquette Township, was arrested May 6 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of second degree home invasion. Preliminary hearing: May 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.
– Tyler Joel Griffin, 24, no address listed, was arrested May 9 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of possession of alcohol/controlled substance by a jail prisoner, possession of a controlled substance and habitual offender – third offense. Preliminary hearing: May 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.
– Francisco Julian Hernandez-Garcia, 20, 6052 Interlochen Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested May 7 by MCSO on felony charges of illegally carrying a concealed weapon. Preliminary hearing: May 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Aaron Dale Sible, 31, 7571 Northland Dr., Stanwood, was arrested May 6 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle. Preliminary hearing: May 25 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.
– Andrew Lawrence Barrette, 53, 105 W. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested May 2 by MSP on felony charges of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) third offense, driving while license suspended, and habitual offender – second offense. Preliminary hearing: May 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

– Brayden Zachery Ahlfeld, 20, 210 N. Main St., Scottville, May 1, Scottville Police Department (SPD), possession of a controlled substance. Pretrial: May 16 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Gina Lynn Arquette, 24, 908 N. Emily St., Ludington, May 4, MSP, improper transportation or possession of medical marijuana. Pretrial: May 16 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Mohammed El-Mehdi, 37, 3525 W. Hansen Rd., Amber Township, May 8, MCSO, domestic violence. Pretrial: May 23 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Colton Clay Outcalt, 26, 2443 Brunson Rd., Pere Marquette Township, May 2, MCSO, operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: May 23 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
