Beverly Ann (Gray) Miller, 87, of Ludington passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Ocean County Medical Care Facility in Hart.
Beverly was born on March 21, 1929. She was the daughter of the late Edward E. Gray and Eleanor Marie (Droeste) Gray.
Beverly attended Belleville High School and graduated with the class of 1947. She married the late, Richard G. Miller on August 26, 1950 at St. Anthony Church in Bellville.
Beverly was a member of St. Simon Catholic Church of Ludington, as well as a member of the Adoration Community. She was a choir member and regularly prayed the rosary. She had a “green thumb” and grew beautiful flowers at her home. Other hobbies included, bowling, cooking, hiking at the state park and cross country skiing. She was a school parent volunteer during the years her children attended school.
Beverly was survived by her children: Michael Miller, Steven (Tamra Miltz) Miller, Marie (B.G.) Vandenheuvel, Chris Miller, Rod (Gayle) Miller, Jeff Miller, Lora Miller; 15 grandchildren; brother Jerry Gray and sister-in-law Donna Gray, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death her parents and husband,, her daughter Juliene (Julie) Miller; brothers Robert and Edward and sisters Bernice and Marilyn.
A service with be held for in memory of Beverly on Monday, May 9, 2016 at St. Simon Church of Ludington at noon. There will be a one hour visitation, open to the public, starting at 11 a.m. A private family burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Custer.
