79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Horton

– Stephen Thomas Horton, 44, of 2554 Lincoln St., Manistee, was arrested Sept. 28 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of delivery of narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams and possession of narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 9 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Abraham Necoli-Nelson Finley, 18, of 202 S. Rowe St., Apt. B, Ludington, was arrested Nov. 24 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and alcohol/minors on premises. In a separate file, he was arrested Nov. 21 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 14 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

– Jade Lucille Oquist, 19, of 118 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 24 by LPD for misdemeanors of minor in possession of alcohol (MIP) and use of marijuana. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Rafael Segundo Ortiz, 20, of 401 E. State St., Apt. 3, Scottville, was arrested Nov. 23 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Tristan Roger Levine, 17, of 543 S. Walhalla Rd., Branch Township, was arrested Nov. 25 by SPD for misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and possession of a weapon in a weapon-free school zone. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Joseph Lynn Yennior, Jr., 26, of 209 S. Columbia St., Scottville, was arrested Nov. 29 by SPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
