79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Gardner

– Tyrone Gardner, 53, of 8050 S. Elizabeth St., Chicago, was arrested Oct. 15 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of assault with a dangerous weapon; felony firearms; felony firearms possession; and fourth-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 28 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Stein

– Jordan Jacob Stein, 18, of 222 E. Elm St., Fremont, was arrested Oct. 14 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of possession of methamphetamine. Preliminary exam was Oct. 21. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Griffin

– Marigo Lynn Griffin, 32, of 1057 Lancer Lane, Lot 27, Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Oct. 20 by LPD for a felony of larceny in a building. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 28 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.

Charron

– Larry George Charron, 53, of 300 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 16 by the attorney general for a felony of failure to pay child support. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 28 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Adam Dane Roberts, 20, of 14076 N. Woodbridge Ave., Bitely, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 2 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Douglas MacArthur Mann, Jr., 53, of 4679 E. First St., Custer Township, was cited by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Oct. 15 for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 9 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Allan Richard Lange, 50, of 802 Lakeview, Ludington, was cited by LPD Oct. 16 for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Samuel Dionne Delossantos, 26, of 4300 Crooked Tree Rd., SW, Apt. 26, Wyoming, Mich., was arrested Oct. 18 by LPD for a misdemeanor of disorderly person – public intoxication. Pretrial: Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Maria Lin Mahoney, 37, of 149 N. Stiles Rd., Amber Township, was arrested Oct. 18 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 2 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Patrick Michael Mohr, 50, of 410 E. Wilson Rd., Custer Township, was arrested Oct. 20 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Nov. 9 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Thomas Leroy Rees, 26, of 5988 W. Sixth St., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 15 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of malicious destruction of property. Pretrial: Oct. 16 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Syerra Mae Wendt, 29, of 412 W. Third St., Apt. 8, Scottville, was arrested Oct. 15 by MSCO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 26 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
