79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

– Raymond Harold Snay, Jr., 49, no address listed, was arrested Aug. 24 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of failure to register as a sex offender and third-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 2 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Scott Michael Stahelin, 45, of 5072 S. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 19 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of first-degree retail fraud and fourth-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 2 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Jordon Michael Harris, 24, of 222 N. Fremont St., Fremont, was arrested Aug. 19 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of possession of methamphetamines. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 2 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Donald Thomas Miller, 27, of 11526 Cadillac Ave., Warren, Mich., was arrested Aug. 19 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 2 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety. He was also arrested for misdemeanors of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and reckless driving. Pretrial: Sept. 2 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Jesse Allen Totten, 17, of 405 S. Madison Ave., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 15 by MCSO for misdemeanors of third-degree retail fraud and minor in possession of alcohol (MIP). Pretrial: Sept. 14 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Cody Morgan Denton, 20, of 109 Fourth St., Scottville, was arrested Aug. 17 by LPD for misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and MIP. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Cherry Marie Fuentes, 22, of 511 W. Beard Rd., Pentwater, was arrested Aug. 20 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: Sept. 21 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Martin John Conway, 48, of 110 Thornwild Dr., Apt. A1, Scottville, was arrested Aug. 24 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: Sept. 21 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jacob Riley Odekirk, 22, of 5762 Olive Tree Dr., Apt. 7, Saginaw, was arrested Aug. 22 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 28 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Elijah Knight Kadrovach, 32, of 5949 Shagway Rd., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 20 by LPD for a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Pretrial: Sept. 21 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Amber Marie McKinley, 23, of 1164 Pineway St., Ludington, one misdemeanor count of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: Sept. 14 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Megan Elise Agustin, 26, of 219 E. Main St., Hart, one misdemeanor count of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: Sept. 14 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
