Free movies in Ludington and Scottville tonight, Friday.

Movie goers will have the opportunity to view two free films around the county the next two evenings.

Tonight, “Big Hero 6” will be shown at Ludington’s Movies in the Park at City Park. Friday, “The Lego Movie” will be shown at the Scottville Clown Band Shell, the final in the Friday night series there. “Dolphin Tale 2” will be shown next Thursday, August 27, in Ludington.

Both events will feature popcorn and other refreshments for sale (Ludington High School Business Professionals are selling in Ludington and Scottville Optimist Club is selling in Scottville). Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, bug spray and possibly warmer clothing.

Movies begin at dusk, around 9 p.m.
