Jaycees plan Back to School Bash at mini golf.

LUDINGTON — The Ludington Area Jaycees service club is planning a Back to School Bash at the Ludington Area Jaycees’ Mini Golf Course on the south side of Stearns Park on Tuesday, August 25 between 4 to 8 p.m.

During the event, students will be able to play mini golf for free. Adults who fill out a community survey will also be able to play for free. Students playing will receive a bag and then at each of the course’s 18 holes they will receive a school supply.

The Jaycees have requested the south end of Stearns Outer Drive be closed during this time, a decision that will be made by the city council during its regular meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m.

The event will also feature emergency vehicles from Ludington Police Department, Ludington Fire Department and Life EMS.
