Win with Wellness seminar to focus on healthy habits.

LUDINGTON — Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital will host a Win with Wellness seminar titled Heathy Habits for a Healthier You on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 6 p.m. at Ludington High School cafeteria, 508 N. Washington Ave.

Elizabeth Donnely-Johnson is a community outreach coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter, and she will present information on how to optimize physical and cognitive health as people age.

Win with Wellness participants who have had biometric screenings in June will receive confidential screening results during this event. Dr. Amanda Overmyer of Spectrum Health Medical Group will be available to offer free consultations.

The wellness seminar is free and open to the public.
