LUDINGTON – With the Ludington Lakestride taking place for 35 years, Gary Andersen knows a few things about the race and to make it one of the most successful and well attended in Michigan. Joining forces with Tom and Patricia Ezdebski, co-chairs of the Childhood Cancer campaign, this year’s race will not only see a lot of runners out benefitting their own health, but they will be running for the health of children affected by cancer as well.
Since the Childhood Cancer campaign lemonade stands last weekend, there has been a lot of buzz surrounding this no-profit and Gary, Tom and Patricia, along with hundreds of others would love to see a great turnout tonight for the Fun-Run at 6 p.m. and the Lakestride tomorrow morning.
Senior correspondent, Kate Krieger met up with the three to discuss the races in more detail.
