PERE MARQUETTE TWP. — A 36-year-old Ludington man was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct Saturday, May 9, at 12:39 p.m. following a disturbance in a wooded area off of US-10 and Jebavy Drive, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

– 5:39 p.m., (MCSO) a 45-year-old Bay City man was arrested by Bay City police following a reported retail fraud from Walmart, PM Twp. Mason County sheriff’s deputies were able to identify the suspect through the course of their investigation and then notified officers from the Bay City Police Department, who picked the suspect up and recovered the stolen property.
