Suspect faces 6 charges following chase

CUSTER TWP. — A male suspect was arrested by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police Sunday, April 12, at 10:32 p.m., following a car chase on US-10 near Stevens Road.

MSP had few details about the suspect Monday morning but did have a long list of the charges he is facing, which include: fleeing and eluding; operating while intoxicated; driving while license suspended (DWLS); weapons violation; open intoxicants; and a warrant.

MSP was assisted in the pursuit by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office.
