Police search for runaway

SHERIDAN TWP. — The Mason County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a runaway Sunday, Dec. 28, at 10:30 p.m. in the 5300 block of Thunderbird Lane.

Missing is 15-year-old Thomas Wieand, a white male; date of birth 12/22/1999; 5’6”;130 pounds; brown hair; brown eyes; last seen wearing blue jeans and a red T-shirt.

– 7:45 p.m., a 21-year-old Ludington woman was arrested following a traffic stop for second-offense DWLS, Jebavy and Rasmussen, PM Twp.

– 9:13 p.m., a 66-year-old Ludington man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) after deputies stopped the vehicle following a citizen’s call of a reckless driver who had nearly struck another motorist, US-10 and Jebavy, PM Twp.
