LUDINGTON — West Shore Bank has announced the addition of Thomas Rinness as vice president, credit officer. In this role Rinness will oversee and manage the commercial loan processing, credit department, retail credit administration and collection departments.
“Tom’s experience and industry knowledge make him a valuable addition to the West Shore Bank team,” said Raymond Biggs, president and CEO.
Rinness’ banking career spans over thirty years. He has held several leadership positions and has managed multiple departments. He received his bachelor’s of arts degree in accounting from Michigan State University and his master’s in business administration from Saginaw Valley State University. He has recently relocated to the Ludington area.
