Arts center meeting.

LUDINGTON — Members of the Ludington Area Center for the Arts will take part in a special membership meeting Tuesday, Dec. 9 at the arts center. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be for the purpose of reviewing and voting on the proposed revisions to the arts center’s bylaws. Revisions which are proposed for the bylaws will enable them to conform with the strategic plan recently adopted by the LACA board of directors.

Copies of the proposed bylaws revisions are available on the LACA website and at the LACA office. The LACA office is open noon -5 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and is located at 107 S. Harrison St. We encourage you, as LACA members, to participate in this important activity at Your Center. Following the business of the general membership meeting, a social time will be held to celebrate the success of the recent 50/50 match fund drive. In July the Ludington Area Center for the Arts (LACA) was challenged by an anonymous donor to raise $50,000 in 120 days and the funds would be matched dollar for dollar.
