LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

– Joseph Lee Geiske, 54, of 1465 E. Mill Rd., Hart, was arrested July 4 by the US Forest Service for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third offense; driving while license suspended (DWLS), second offense; operating without security; open intox; and habitual offender, second offense. A preliminary exam is set for Dec. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.

– Zachary Grey Wallace, 27, of 311 S. Staffon St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 20 by Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and habitual offender, second offense.79th District Court

– David Duane Bothwell, 38, of 717 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 24 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of third-offense domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Dec. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– James Vernon Kaye, 46, of 405 Foster, was arrested Nov. 23 by LPD for a felony of operating while intoxicated, third offense. A pretrial is set for Dec. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Jessica Ann Sears, 22, of 408 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 20 by LPD for a misdemeanor of animal cruelty. A pretrial is set for Dec. 8 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Darrin Maurice Morgan, 45, no address listed, was arrested Nov. 13 by LPD for a misdemeanor of breaking and entering without owner’s permission. A pretrial is set for Dec. 8 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Keith Allen Smith, 20, of 212 Thornwild Dr., Apt. B4, was arrested Nov. 19 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Dec. 8 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Timothy Patrick Noonan, 23, of 6729 E. Barothy Rd., Walhalla, was arrested Nov. 20 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Dec. 15 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kera Olivia McClure, 21, of 1989 N. Custer Rd., Custer, was arrested Nov. 20 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Dec. 8 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Tiffanie Paulenea Hornacek, 22, of 2482 N. 21st St., Fountain, was arrested Nov. 20 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated, second offense. A pretrial is set for Dec. 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Daniel Adam Lyons, 27, of 14247 Sunview Dr., Holland, was arrested Nov. 15 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Jan. 5 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Joshua Kurt VanDenHeuvel, 30, of 3434 N. Amber Rd., Scottville, was arrested Nov. 22 by LPD for a misdemeanor of malicious destruction of a building. A pretrial is set for Dec. 8 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Robert Cecil Welsh, 40, of 405 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 24 by LPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Dec. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Justin Alan Case, 22, of 209 S. Columbia At., Scottville, was arrested Nov. 24 by LPD for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. A pretrial is set for Dec. 8 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Arneva Lily Tyler, 17, no address listed, was arrested Nov. 25 by LPD for misdemeanors of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) and receiving and concealing stolen property less than $200. A pretrial is set for Dec. 8 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Larry Richard Martin, 61, of 912 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Nov. 26 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Dec. 15 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
