LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Steiger

– Christian Jonathon Steiger, 21, of 75 N. Stiles Rd., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 12 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of assault by strangulation, one count of domestic violence, and one count of malicious destruction of property over $200/under $1,000. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Makowicki

– Georgia Rae Makowicki, 54, of 105 4th St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 13 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

Reyes

– Ricardo Reyes, 50, of 5740 Barton Rd., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 3 by MCSO for a felony of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). A preliminary exam was Oct. 13. Bail: $3,500/personal.

Kerricks

– Fremont Kerricks, 31, of 701 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 9 by LPD for a felony of second-degree home invasion. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

Zacharda

– Jarrett David Zacharda, 19, of 1968 E. Fountain Rd., Free Soil, was arrested Oct. 9 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a felony of possession of child sexually abusive material. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

Yager

– Gary Lee Yager, 20, of 19766 40th Ave., Marion, Mich., was arrested Oct. 9 by MCSO for a felony of larceny in a building. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

Nowaczyk

– Dean Andrew Nowaczyk, 46, of 6384 Martin Rd, Norton Shores, was arrested Oct. 8 by MCSO for two felony counts of second-degree CSC. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 22 at 11:15 a.m Bail: $15,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Jaramie Edward Jones, 38, of 206 Crowley, Scottville, was arrested Oct. 7 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Oct. 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Roberto Gutierrez-Darios, 35, of 510 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 13 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Oct. 27 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– David Brian Richmond, Jr., 25, of 403 S. Madison, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 11 by LPD for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and no license. A pretrial is set for Nov. 3 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Joelle June Anderson, 21, of 2255 E. Gajeski Rd., Free Soil, was arrested Oct. 12 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Nov. 3 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Luke Wyatt McCallum, 26, no address listed, was arrested Oct. 11 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Oct. 27 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Charles John Jensen, Jr., 37, of 505 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 13, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 10 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Nov. 3 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
