79th District Court arraignments.

 LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

– Marek Juergen Witkowski, 17, of 633 Brigham, Plainwell, was arrested Sept. 26 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of safe breaking and larceny in a building. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

– Jeffrey Ruric Cobb, 51, of 408 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 26 by LPD for a felony of assault/strangulation and domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 8 at 11:15 .m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– James Warren Howe III, 39, of 5244 E. Johnson Rd., Custer, was arrested Sept. 26 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. A pretrial is set for Oct. 20 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Autumn Lyn Schwab, 35, of 3065 B Reej Rd., Custer, was arrested Sept. 25 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for Oct. 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Adam Clayton Shook, 31, of 720 E. Ludington Ave., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 25 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Oct. 6 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Ashley Nicole Martinsen, 25, of 2495 S. Beaune Rd., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 25 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 27 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Andrew Brian Azzopardi, 48, of 2702 Brunson Rd., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 21 by LPD for misdemeanors of breaking and entering without permission and disorderly. A pretrial is set for Oct. 20 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Steven Robert Gray, 55, of 115 S. James St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 28 by LPD for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and disturbing the peace. A pretrial is set for Oct. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kari Ann Nummerdor, 43, of 929 E. Maple St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 26 by LPD for misdemeanors of domestic violence and malicious destruction of property over $200/under $400. A pretrial is set for Oct. 13 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– John Patrick Merchant, 42, of 507 E. Pere Marquette St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 27 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 27 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
