LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Fink

– Codie Lee Fink, 21, of 1783 N. US-31, Scottville, was arrested Sept. 21 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for felonies of felonious assault (two counts); felony firearm (two counts) and assault and battery. A probable cause conference is set for Sept. 26 at 1 p.m., and a preliminary exam is set for Oct. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

– Austin Martin Billings, 22, of 212 E. Melendy St., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 19 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for two felony counts of controlled substance possession, methamphetamine/ecstasy. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Lund

– Bryan Patrick Lund, 28, of 195 Monroe St., Apt. A, Manistee, was arrested Sept. 19 by LPD for two felony counts of controlled substance delivery/manufacture, non-narcotic schedule 1, 2, 3. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

Seymour

– Michael Raquel Seymour, 28, of 4105 Crooked Tree Rd., SW, Apt. 10, Wyoming, was arrested Sept. 21 by LPD for a felony of resisting/obstructing/assaulting a police officer and disorderly. A preliminary exam is set for Oct. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Jason Neil MacDonald, 33, of 4909 S. Eden Lake Rd., Custer, was arrested Sept. 20 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Oct. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Michelle Ann Bezesky-Wroble, 45, of 21 W. Dewey Rd., Scottville, was arrested Sept. 22 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. A pretrial is set for Oct. 6 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– David Darrell Duquette, 58, of 504 E. Danaher St., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 21 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Oct. 6 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Lee Cordell Grassman, 17, of 8191 W. Golden Rod Ave., Baldwin, was arrested Sept. 23 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– William Mathias Wahr, 24, of 4295 W. Fox Farm Rd., Manistee, was arrested Sept. 20 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 20 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Carl Martin Sali, 65, of 7792 N. 186th Ave., Walkerville, was arrested Sept. 20 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 20 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Tisha Anne Alexander, 43, of 5670 S. Darr Rd., Scottville, was arrested Sept. 21 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 20 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Nicholas Scott Lombardo, 21, of 1619 N. Stiles Rd., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 24 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Oct. 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
