Scottville Optimist Harvest Festival events.

SCOTTVILLE — The Scottville Optimist Club members are gearing up for several events that will occur at the Optimist Hall during next weekend’s Harvest Festival.

On Saturday, Sept. 20, club members will be serving breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon, serving eggs, sausage, pancakes, juice and coffee; Adults $6 nd children under 12 – $3.

The club’s popcorn wagon will be serving brats, hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, sno cones, pop and water Thursday, Sept. 18, from 5 to 9 p.m., Friday, Sept. 19, 5 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Bingo will be happening on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m.

On Friday at 7:30 p.m., there will be a free showing of the locally filmed and written move, “The Adventures of Mickey Matson and the Copperhead Treasure.” Attendees should bring blankets to sit on, no outside chairs.

All proceeds from these events will go toward the mission of the Optimist supporting Youth and Community.
