Movie casting calls.

MANISTEE — 10 West Studios and Pure Flix Entertainment have announced a casting call for the movie “Believe.” The faith-based movie will be an ensemble piece in the vein of the movie “Crash.” The movie was written and is being produced by the same team that created “God’s Not Dead,” including director/producer Harold Cronk of Scottville.

The casting calls are as follows:

Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 4 to 10 p.m., Days Inn, 1462 U.S. 31 S., Manistee.

Wednesday, Sept. 10, 12:30 to 10 p.m., Compas College, 41 Sheldon Blvd., SE, Grand Rapids.

Screen Actors Guild performers will be given preference during auditions. Check out the website for specific roles. There will be a separate casting call for extras in the near future.

Filming will take place from mid-September through late October.
