79th District Court arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

– Aidan Scott Hegg, 17, of 112 E. Main St., Hart, was arrested Aug. 27 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and minor in possession (MIP). A preliminary exam is set for Sept. 10 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Matthew Steven Roobol, 28, of 3546 E. Beyer Rd., Fountain, was arrested Aug. 27 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 22 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Chadwick Harold Butler, 43, of 5473 Sherwood Dr., Jackson, was arrested Aug. 23 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Sept. 22 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Melissa Kaye Myers, 27, of 11864 W. US-10, Branch, was arrested Aug. 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Sept. 22 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Elizabeth Marie Whitaker, 28, of 5731 W. Limouze St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Sept. 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– William Christopher Brown, 42, of 2595 W. Beyer Rd., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 28 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Sept. 22 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
