LUDINGTON — The north breakwater remains closed today to allow for safe removal of the 34-foot boat that crashed there Sunday night, Ludington Police Chief Mark Barnett said. “We have been in contact with the boat salvage company Abrahamson’s Marine this morning and it was decided to keep the north breakwater closed. Salvage activity in and around the vessel will be best accomplished in a secure area.”
