79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Fitch

– Rachelle Joyce Fitch, 41, of 5065 Schwass Rd., Scottville, was arrested Aug. 12 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and habitual offender, fourth offense. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

– Wendy Lee Holton, 43, of 821 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for misdemeanors of operating with a BAC of .17 or more; operating while impaired and open intoxicants. A pretrial is set for Sept. 15 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Nicholas Dean Edgar, 22, of 801 Sandlyn Dr., Lansing, was arrested Aug. 16 by the Michigan State Police – Hart post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Sept. 15 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Barbara Jean Vandervoorde, 60, of 5435 Griffin Rd., Fountain, was arrested Aug. 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Sept. 15 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Seth Adam Bretschneider, 33, of 103 N. Reinberg Ave., Apt. 10, Scottville, was arrested Aug. 13 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 8 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Frank Joseph Dasard, 17, of 7279 E. Catherine Ave., Fountain, was arrested Aug. 14 by the State Sheriffs Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics (SSCENT) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 25 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Joshua John Verhoeven, 18, of 8955 E. Ehler Rd., Branch, was arrested Aug. 14 by SSCENT for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 25 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Peter John Sadler, 31, of 1312 Rathbone St., Grand Rapids, was arrested Aug. 14 by MSP-H for misdemeanors of failure to maintain security and DWLS. A pretrial is set for Sept. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Donnie Ray Totten, 19, of 607 E. Dahaner St., Ludington, was arrested Aug. 8 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for the same date as felony matter. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Shanin Nicholas Waite, 21, no address listed, was arrested Aug. 10 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 25 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Cody Evans Holtrust, 29, of 503 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 12, Ludington, was arrested Aug. 12 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Sept. 8 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
