79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

– Robert Michael Brockwell, 46, of 2462 Benedict Rd., Ludington, was arrested July 23 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of assault by strangulation; third-offense domestic violence; and habitual offender, second conviction. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Eustosio Juan Segura, 36, of 4080 S. Stiles Rd., Scottville, was arrested July 28 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Aug. 18 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Alan Richard Brown, 37, of 443 Massoit St., Clawson, Mich., was arrested July 26 by MCSO for misdemeanors operating with a blood alcohol content and operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Aug. 25 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Deven Benson Garcia, 18, of 2823 W. Hansen Rd., Ludington, was arrested July 25 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 18 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Dominic Rempala, 27, of 182 Ellyn Ave., Glen Ellyn, Ill., was arrested July 27 by CSO for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and DWLS. A pretrial is set for Aug. 25 at 11 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Justin David Argue, 27, of 1868 N. Benson Rd., Fountain, was arrested July 28 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for July 28 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Brandi Sue Martinez, 21, of 211 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested July 24 by LPD for a misdemeanor of disorderly person – public intoxication. A pretrial is set for Aug. 18 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Matthew Clifford Guenther, 29, of 15190 Briarwood Dr., Grand Haven, was arrested July 24 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of medical marijuana – improper transfer. A pretrial is set for Aug. 11 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Ivan Alvin Henry, 42, of 6225 S. Brye Rd., Ludington, was arrested July 24 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Aug. 18 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Devin Christopher-Scott Sible, 23, of 2648 Darwin Lane, Saginaw, was arrested July 24 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Aug. 18 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
