Arraignments this week

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

– Jeffrey Allen Patterson, 31, of 3763 W. Hidden Forest Dr., Ludington, was arrested July 23 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of failure to register as a sex offender. A preliminary exam is set for Aug. 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal

– Reeyna Bila-Clinton Burrell, 22, of 408 E. Ludington Ave., Apt. C, Ludington, was arrested July 16 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of second-offense domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for July 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Tonya Denise Rogers, 51, of 616 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was arrested July 15 by MCSO for two felony counts of furnishing contraband and habitual offender, fourth offense. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. In a separate case, she was also arrested July 15 by MCSO for two felony counts of credit card possession and habitual offender, fourth offense. Bail: $2,500/10 percent. A preliminary exam is set for July 30 at 11:15 a.m.

– Daniel Leon King, 31, of 5936 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Ludington, was arrested July 18 by the State, Sheriffs’ Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance delivery and habitual offender, second offense. A preliminary exam is set for July 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

– Dawn Elizabeth Ames, 45, of 5926 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Ludington, was arrested July 18 by SSCENT for a felony of controlled substance. A preliminary exam is set for July 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Aisha Laja Eastling, 34, of 214 E. Melendy St., Apt. 4, Ludington, was arrested July 16 by LPD for a misdemeanor of disorderly – trespassing. A pretrial is set for Aug. 11 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Renee Michelle Golnick, 31, of 2931 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, was arrested July 17 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Aug. 4 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Elmer Dale Yeary, 36, of 1621 Pemperville Rd., Northwood, Ohio, was arrested July 17 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for July 30 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Daniel John Horowski, 31, of 920 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, was arrested July 19 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Aug. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Pamela Lynn Genta, 49, of 555 N. Jackpine Rd., Fountain, was arrested July 19 by MCSO for misdemeanors of operating with a blood alcohol content and OWI. A pretrial is set for Aug. 25 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
