SCOTTVILLE — State Rep. Ray Franz, R-Onekama, will host office hours on Monday, July 14 at North Country Cafe, 110 N. Main St., from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. The purpose is to meet with residents and discuss issues involving state and local government.
