79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Cage

– Lakeysha Camelle Cage, 31, of 1690 E. Summit Ave., Muskegon, was arrested June 26 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of absconding or forfeiting bond. A preliminary exam is set for July 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Ruiz

– John Ruiz, 50, of 210 Thornwild Dr., Apt. B3, Scottville, was arrested June 20 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony counts of failure to register as a sex offender and habitual offender, fourth offense. A preliminary exam is set for July 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

Rexrode

– Henry Jackson Rexrode, 37, of 5906 W. Chauvez Rd., #29, Ludington, was arrested June 24 by MCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting obstructing a police officer. A preliminary exam is set for July 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Francis

– Donnie Dean Francis, 38, of 8578 E. US-10, Branch, was arrested June 24 by MCSO for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense. A preliminary exam is set for July 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Ruba

– Steven Paul Ruba, 49, of 4335 N. Victory Corner Rd., Ludington, was arrested June 29 by MCSO for a felony of controlled substance delivery. A pretrial is set for July 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Singleton

– Richard Dean Singleton, Jr. 39, , of 177 N. Birch View Dr., Ludington, was arrested June 30 by Ludington Police Dept. for weapon/pistols false statement. A pretrial is set for July 9, 2014 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Stephen Paul Eilers, 49, of 304 S. Jefferson, Ludington, was arrested June 24 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for July 21 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Connor Stephen McDonald, 22, no address listed, was arrested June 20 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for July 21 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Deanna Susanne Jones, 30, of 4869 N. Cleveland St., Fountain, was arrested May 27 by Michigan State Police – Hart post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for July 21 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Alicia Marie Talmadge, 25, of 708 Fifth St., Apt. 2, Ludington, was arrested June 22 by LPD for a misdemeanor of aggravated assault/domestic violence. A pretrial is set for July 14 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Sky Angel Hobbs, 23, of 708 Fifth St., Ludington, Apt. 2, was arrested June 22 by LPD for a misdemeanor of aggravated assault/domestic violence. A pretrial is set for July 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Austin Martin Billings, 22, of 212 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested June 29 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for July 21 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jarid Hunter Billings, 20, of 212 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested June 29 by LPD for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for July 21 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jane Marie Manifold, 61, of 927 E. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was arrested June 27 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of retail fraud, third degree. A pretrial is set for July 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Marcus Markeith Pollard, 45, of 1171 Lyndon, Idlewild, Mich., was arrested June 30 by the Scottville Police Department for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for July 21 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Tonya Ann Johnson, 32, no address listed, was arrested June 27 by LPD for a misdemeanor of retail fraud, second degree. A pretrial is set for July 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
