Fountain man arrested for drunk driving

BRANCH TWP. — Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 30-year-old Fountain man Thursday night for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, second offense. The arrest occurred following a traffic stop at 10:15 p.m. at U.S. 10 and Taylor Road.

Other activity of the sheriff’s office for Thursday, May 29, 2014 included:

– 12:02 a.m.: Unwanted person call, 100 block of North Alpine, Branch twp.

– 4:04 a.m.: Suspicious situation, 100 block of Blaine St., City of Scottville.

– 7:58 a.m.: Disturbance, 2300 block of North 32nd St., Sheridan Twp.

– 11:18 a.m.: Gas drive off of $28.24, Airport EZ Mart, U.S. 10 and Pere Marquette Hwy., P.M. Twp.

– 11:30 a.m.: Trespassing, 3200 block of West Conrad Rd., Amber Twp.

– 11:53 a.m.: Recovered stolen property, bicycle, Darr and Conrad roads, Custer Twp. Bicycle was stolen out of City of Scottville.

– 8:48 p.m.: Harassment, 5900 block of East Fountain Rd., Sheridan Twp.
