51st Circuit Court sentencings as of May 21

LUDINGTON – The following were sentenced this past week in 51^st Circuit Court:

Perreca

–       Victor George Perreca, 19, of 3476 Courtney Dr., Flint, was found guilty March 18 of second-degree home invasion. He was sentenced May 20 to one year in jail with credit for 118 days served; serve 10 months up front with balance to be served at the court’s discretion; 18 months probation; and $648 in fines and costs. One count of first-degree home invasion; three counts of felony firearms; one count of larceny of a firearm; and one count of guns – receiving/concealing were dismissed.

Carrell

–       Bryan James Carrell, 21, of 3221 Luce Rd., Flushing, was found guilty March 18 of second-degree home invasion. He was sentenced May 20 to one year in jail with credit for 118 days served; serve six months up front with balance to be served at the court’s discretion; 18 months probation; and $648 in fines and costs. One count of first-degree home invasion; three counts of felony firearms; one count of larceny of a firearm; and one count of guns – receiving/concealing were dismissed.
