Spring Lake man arrested for failure to appear

GRANT TWP. — Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 22-year-old Spring Lake man on an outstanding failure to appear warrant from Ottawa County Wednesday morning. The arrest took place at 9:53 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Countyline Road.

Other activity of the MCSO for May 21, 2014 included:

– 6:20 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Fountain Road east of U.S. 31, Sherman Twp.

– 1:33 p.m.: A 22-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for retail fraud in the 3900 block of West U.S. 10, Amber Twp.

– 4:29 p.m.: A 74-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for retail fraud in the 4700 block of West U.S. 10, Amber Twp.
