LUDINGTON – The following were sentenced this past week in 79th District Court:
– Clemente Gonzalez-Villanueva, 43, of 611 S. Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty, May 1, of failure to display a valid license and sentenced to $275 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Jon Lloyd Maccune, 22, of 924 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 201, Ludington, was found guilty, April 30, of attempted resisting and obstructing police. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for two days served; work release allowed; one year discretionary jail for two years; $879 in fines, costs and restitution; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs) and drug tests; and must have an anger management evaluation and follow recommendations. One count of assault of a jail employee was dismissed.
– Kenneth Alan Wilson, 28, of 2907 W. Conrad Rd., Ludington, was found guilty, April 30, of attempted failure to register as a sex offender and sentenced to $580 in fines and costs and one year discretionary jail for one year. One count of failure to comply with reporting duties was dismissed.
– Royal John Green, 40, of 5685 Lakeshore Ct., Pentwater, was found guilty, April 29, of operating while impaired and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend the next session of the Victims Impact Panel; no alcohol/drugs; and $1,245 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Anton Lovely Hill, 35, of 1857 Elwood St., Apt. 1, Muskegon, was found guilty, April 29, of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to one day in jail with credit for on day served; $580 in fines and costs; and one year discretionary jail for two years. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Denise Lynn Comstock, 40, of 510 N Main St, Scottville, was found guilty, April 29, for controlled substance, possession of marijuana and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year discretionary jail for two years; and $580 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Ryan Joseph Quick, 28, of 7805 E. Shoshone Trl., Branch, was found guilty, May 1, of driver transporting open intoxicant and sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 30 days discretionary jail for one year; and $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Joshua Alan Shirey, 28, of 5078 N. William St., Fountain, was found guilty, May 1, of driver transporting open intoxicant and sentenced to $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Joshua Lee Joynes, 31, of 211 E. Johnson Rd., Scottville, was found guilty, May 5, of improper registration, failure to transfer and sentenced to $175 in fines and costs. One count of reckless driving was dismissed.
Dismissals
– Boris Fidelis Radloff V, 20, of 202 Fourth St., Ludington, one count of aggravated assault was dismissed, May 5. “Defendant is acquitted on all charges in case after a trial by jury,” court records state.
– Logan Richard Gutowski, 24, of 2732 Sarnia St., SW, Wyoming, one count of DWLS was dismissed, May 5. “Ends of justice do not require prosecution,” courtrecords state.
– Timothy Patrick Noonan, 22, of 400 W. Third St., Apt. 418, Scottville, one count of breaking and entering, illegal entry was dismissed, May 1. “Defendant has entered into a prosecutor’s deferment agreement,” court records state.
– Brianna Michelle Hosford, 19, of 1106 Lancer Ln., Lot 35, Ludington, one count of domestic violence was dismissed, May 2. “People are unable to prove this matter beyond a reasonable doubt at this time,” court records state.
– Jason Carr, no date of birth or address listed, one count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed, May 5. “Lab results are not available yet,” court records state.
