LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned this past week in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Jacobsen

–       Gary Allen Jacobsen, 24, of 207 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested, May 5, by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of a non-narcotic. A preliminary exam is set for May 14 at 1:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Anthony

–       Raymond Allen Anthony, 37, of 104 Wigton, Hart, was arrested, May 5, by SSCENT for felonies of controlled substance delivery and habitual offender, fourth conviction. A preliminary exam is set for May 14 at 1:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Powell

–       Brian Lee Powell, 25, 6326 Russell St., Ludington, was arrested, April 28, by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a felony of third-offense domestic violence and two counts of interfering with electronic communications. A preliminary exam is set for May 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Moore

–       Brian James Moore, 29, of 205 S. Rath Ave., Ludington, was arrested, April 29, by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of larceny from a motor vehicle, breaking and entering of a vehicle to steal property less than $200 and larceny under $200. A preliminary exam is set for May 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety.

Terhaar

–       Joseph Benjamin Terhaar, 28, of 3160 N. Amber Rd., Scottville, was arrested, May 1, by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of second-offense possession of marijuana. A preliminary exam is set for May 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal.

Hackert

Wesley Donald Hackert, 28, no address listed, was arrested, April 29, by LPD for a felony of second-offense possession of marijuana and trespassing. A preliminary exam is set for May 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Nelson

–       Adam Wayne Nelson, 39, of 503 First St., Ludington, was arrested, April 25, by MCSO for felonies of third-offense domestic violence and habitual offender, third conviction. A preliminary exam is set for May 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

–       Kevin Eugene Derrick II, 20, of 151 S. Wildwood Run, Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested, May 6, for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for May 19 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       Gavin Ray Routh, 18, of 525 N. LaSalle Rd., Ludington, was arrested, May 2, by MCSO for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for June 2 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       Scott Marvin Stillson, 42, of 201 E. Fifth St., Scottville, was arrested, May 2, by MCSO for misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated and failure to report an accident. A pretrial is set for June 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

–       Dustin James Horn, 19, of 407 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested, May 4, by LPD for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and defrauding an innkeeper. A pretrial is set for May 19 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       Donald Thomas Miller, 25, of 407 S. Madison Ave., Ludington, was arrested, May 4, by LPD for a misdemeanor of defrauding an innkeeper. A pretrial is set for May 12 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

–       Ronald Rutowski, 47, of 1463 W. Chauvez Rd., Scottville, was arrested, May 3, by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 2 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       Steven Matthew Amy, 42, of 5317 N. Thunderbird Dr., Fountain, was arrested, May 1, by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for May 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

–       Lisa Marie Vasquez, 52, of 6621 W. Ann St., Ludington, was arrested, May 2, by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for May 19 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–       Brian James Moore, 29, of 205 S. Rath Ave., Ludington, was arrested, April 29, by LPD for a misdemeanor of malicious destruction of personal property. A pretrial is set for May 9 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       Waylin Ray Coolman, 17, of 410 S. Main St., Scottville, was arrested, May 1, by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for May 12 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–       Samantha Ann Luevano, 42, of 253 E. Main St., Walkerville, was arrested, April 19, by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for May 12 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–       Kasey James Cogle, 23, of 1542 E. Fulburn Rd., Scottville, was arrested, April 26, by the Scottville Police Department for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 2 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       John Anthony Daniels, 56, of 3417 Heather Dr., York, Penn., was arrested, April 26 by LPD for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set forJune 2 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–       Andrew Eugene Wickland, 51, of 5938 W. Fourth St., Ludington, was arrested, April 24, by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for May 12 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
