Woman arrested following foot chase in Ludington

LUDINGTON — Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 31-year-old Branch woman Tuesday evening on a felony arrest warrant from Lake County. Deputies located the woman at 9:06 p.m. in the 300 block of West Haight Street. Upon pulling up to the house the woman ran out the back door and down an alley. She was chased down by two deputies and taken into custody on the felony drug warrant.

In separate incidents Tuesday, deputies arrested a 20-year-old Ludington man for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at U.S. 10 and Pere Marquette Highway in Pere Marquette Twp. at 12:34 a.m.

Deputies also arrested a 21-year-old Ludington woman at 10:45 p.m. on the offense of driving while license suspended, first arrest following a traffic stop at U.S. 10 and Pere Marquette Highway.
