6 sentenced in 51st Circuit Court

LUDINGTON – The following were sentenced this past week in 51st Circuit Court:

Richard Dubridge

Richard Dubridge

–          Richard Eugene Dubridge, 66, of 11445 E. Boulder Dr., Apt 246, Lowell, was found guilty Feb. 11 of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, and habitual offender, third conviction. He was sentenced April 15 to one year, six months to 10 years in prison with credit for 134 days served in jail; and $448 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Shawn Ruse-Kiogima

–          Shawn Michael Ruse-Kiogima, 19, of 213 William St., Petoskey, was found guilty March 18 of larceny in a building. He was sentenced April 22 to 270 days in jail with credit for 184 days served; serve three months up front, balance to be served at the court’s discretion; inpatient treatment; 18 months probation; $1,127.23 in restitution; and $598 in fines and costs.

–          Kyle Michael Rawson, 30, of 5804 Barnhart Rd., Ludington, was found guilty March 11 of controlled substance, second or subsequent offense, imitation manufacture-distribution. He was sentenced April 22 to one year in jail with credit for 240 days served; two years probation; $1,070 in restitution; and $598 in fines and costs.

–          Cody Wayne Methvin, 23, of 113 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was found guilty March 7 of carrying concealed weapon and larceny in a building. He was sentenced April 22 to two concurrent sentences of 270 days in jail with credit for 46 days served; serve three months up front with balance to be served at the court’s discretion; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

–          Michael Thomas Jankoviak, 25, of 3904 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Custer, was found guilty March 11 of operating under the influence of liquor, third offense. He was sentenced April 22 to 330 days in jail with credit for one day served; serve three months up front with balance to be served at the court’s discretion; work release allowed if it meet guidelines; 360 hours of community service; and $1,098 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

–          Jonathon Ervin Anderson, 17, of 6225 S. Brye Rd., Ludington, was found guilty March 7 of miscellaneous dangerous weapons. He was sentenced April 22 to 180 days in jail with credit for 69 days served; serve three months up front with balance to be held in abeyance; after serving 60 days in jail, may be released to inpatient substance abuse treatment for a minimum of 30 days; 18 months probation; and $609 in fines, costs and restitution. One count of malicious destruction of property less than $200 was dismissed.
