The following was the activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for Wednesday, April 23, 2014.

– 4:50 a.m.: Disturbance, 100 block of Broadway Ave., City of Scottville.

– 12:50 p.m.: Larceny of fishing equipment, U.S. 31 north of U.S. 10, Custer Twp.

– 1:50 p.m.: Car/turkey crash, no injuries, U.S. 31 expressway and U.S. 10, Amber Twp.

– 4:16 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, U.S. 31 expressway and U.S. 10, Amber Twp.

– 6:28 p.m.: Malicious destruction of property, Brandy Lane, Pere Marquette Twp. Garage window broken. Juvenile referred to juvenile court.
