Branch man arrested for drunk driving

BRANCH TWP. — Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 47-year-old Branch man for drunk driving. The man was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, following a traffic stop at U.S. 10 and Benson Road at 8:30 p.m.

Other activity of the sheriff’s office for Monday, April 21, 2014 included:

– 6:13 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Quarerline and Countyline roads, Grant Twp.

– 12:20 p.m.: Fraud, 100 block of East Millerton Rd., Sherman Twp.

– 9:22 p.m.: Disturbance, 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Twp. Unfounded.
