79th District Court arraignments, as of April 9, 2014

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in front of the Mason County Magistrate in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Koddy Gaut

–          Koddy Christian Gaut, 25, of 1218 S. Madison Ave., Apt. 5, Ludington, was arrested April 4 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of second-offense possession of marijuana. A preliminary exam is set for April 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Rachael VanOrder

–          Rachael Joy-Kraai VanOrder, 32, of 6588 Victory Dr., Ludington, was arrested April 6 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of forgery, uttering and publishing and habitual offender, second offense. A preliminary exam is set for April 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

–          Levi Hunter Hamilton, 19, of 1993 S. Custer Rd., Custer, was arrested April 7 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for April 28 at 1:45 p.m.

–          Joseph Michael LeClair, 53, no address listed, was arrested March 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for April 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Blake Christian Thomas, 25, of 1069 Timberwold Trail, Baldwin, was arrested April 5 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for April 28 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

–          Eleasar Esparza, Jr., 22, of 5634 W. Johnson Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 6 by LPD for a misdemeanor of second-offense operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set forMay 5 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

–          Austin Robert-Taylor VannWoller, 20, of 1300 E. Esther St., Scottville, was arrested April 7 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for April 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–          Darrick Cole Lilleberg, 18, of 410 N. Delia St., Ludington, was arrested April 3 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set forApril 28 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Russell William Hastings, 23, of 3755 Hidden Forrest Dr., Ludington, was arrested April 3 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for April 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

–          Kendra Kay Lamunyon, 46, of 1501 Lakeshore Rd., Manistee, was arrested March 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for April 21 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

–          Joshua Lee Jones, 31, of 1332 W. Beyer Rd., Ludington, was arrested April 2 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of reckless driving. A pretrial is set for April 21 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

–          Jamus Joseph Johnson, 41, of 1008 N. William St., Ludington, was arrested April 3 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of telecommunication – use device. A pretrial is set for April 14 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–          Andrew David Archer II,22, of 762 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Scottville, was arrested April 3 by MSP-H for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for April 21 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–          Anton Lovely Hill, 35, of 1857 Elwood St., Apt. 1, Muskegon, was arrested April 2 by LPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for April 14 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–          Wesley Donald Hackert, 28, no address listed, was arrested April 1 by LPD for a misdemeanor of malicious destruction of a building. A pretrial is set for April 21 at 1:30 p.m.Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–          Alexander Levi Ellis, 20, of 302 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested April 1 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for April 14 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
