Barn quilt painting workshop

LUDINGTON — Mason County barn owners interested in participating in the Mason County Barn Quilt project are invited to attend a painting workshop on April 12 at 1 p.m. at the Book Mark in downtown Ludington.

Attendees will learn more about the Mason County Barn Quilt, set to debut during the Scottville Harvest Festival in September. Attendees will also learn how to paint a barn quilt. Artist Janice Shelly and Dr. Bill Anderson will be presenting.

The presentation is being organized by the Barn Quilt Trail Committee of the Mason County Cultural Economic Development Taskforce.
