Pentwater man arrested for ‘super drunk’

mcso_logoSUMMIT TWP. — A 40-year-old Pentwater man was arrested Wednesday by deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a high blood alcohol content, also known as “super drunk.” The arrest occurred following a traffic stop at South Lakeshore Dr. and Lakeshore Ct.

Other activity of the MCSO for March 19, 2014 included:

– 1:40 p.m. Hit and run crash, no injuries, Lake Michigan Dr. and Quarterline Rd., Grant Twp. Unknown vehicle struck parked vehicle and drove off.

– 3:30 p.m.: Two vehicle broadside crash with injuries, Jebavy Dr. and King Rd., Pere Marquette Twp. See related story here.

– 3:50 p.m.: Two vehicle rear-end crash, no injuries, U.S. 10 and PM Hwy., PM Twp.

– 6:07 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, U.S. 31 and Mavis Rd., Sherman twp.

– 7:30 p.m.: A 34-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for a probation violation, 5900 block of West Decker Rd.

– 9:10 p.m.: Alarm activation, 7100 block of South Park Rd., Summit Twp.
