Two men were arrested Sunday by Mason County Sheriff’s Office deputies for driving while their license was suspended.
The first arrest involved a 24-year-old Wyoming, Mich. man who was arrested following a 3:53 p.m. traffic stop at U.S. 10 and Meyers Road in Amber Township. The man also had an outstanding bench warrant from Manistee County. The man posted bond roadside and was released.
The second arrest involved a 24-year-old Branch man who was arrested following an 8:14 p.m. traffic stop at Tallman Lake and Stolberg roads in Sheridan Township. The offense was his second for that charge.

– 4:06 p.m.: Identity theft complaint, Victory Twp. The victim learned someone in Kansas City attempted to file a tax return in the victim’s name.

– 4:23 p.m.: Alarm activation, 7000 block of South Harbor Dr., Summit Twp.
– 10:02 p.m.: One vehicle crash, no injuries, Eden Lake and Ordway roads, Eden Twp.
March 9:
– 6:03 a.m.: Alarm activation, 4600 block of West U.S. 10, Amber Twp.
– 11:49 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Scottville and Kinney roads, Riverton Twp.
– 11:20 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Amber and Hansen roads, Amber Twp.
