Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office made three separate arrests Monday and early Tuesday morning.
A 43-year-old Ludington man was arrested at 11:27 p.m. Monday on two outstanding contempt of court warrants from Kent County. The warrants were related to being behind in child support in the amounts of $10,694 and $15,135. The arrest took place at 143 N. Jebavy Dr. in Pere Marquette Twp.
A 23-year-old Custer man was arrested at 12:24 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on East U.S. 10 in the Village of Custer.
Deputies also arrested a 26-year-old Ludington man at 1:54 a.m. today for assault following an incident in the 5900 block of West Sixth Street in Pere Marquette Twp. Deputies were called to the residence following a disturbance/assault complaint.

– 11:26 a.m.: Malicious destruction of property to a vehicle, 500 block of East Hoague Rd., Free Soil Twp.
– 12:50 p.m.: Single vehicle crash, no injuries, U.S. 10 east of PM Hwy., PM Twp.
– 3:41 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Masten and Washington roads, Logan Twp.
– 7:48 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Scottville and Meisenheimer roads, Riverton Twp.
