Deputies arrest man for parole violation

PERE MARQUETTE TWP. — Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office and Mason County parole agents arrested a 32-year-old Ludington man Monday for a parole violation. The arrest took place at 2:42 p.m. at 143 N. Jebavy Dr.

Other activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for March 3, 2014 included:

– 6:31 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Free Soil and Custer roads, Free Soil Twp.

– 9:43 a.m.: Two vehicle crash, no injuries, Jebavy Dr. and Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Twp.

– 11:57 a.m.: Single vehicle crash, northbound U.S. 31 expressway near PM Hwy., PM Twp.

– 7:40 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Fountain and Tuttle roads, Sherman Twp.

– 8:01 p.m.: A 29-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop at Washington Ave. and Dexter St., City of Ludington.
