Shakespeare group meets Thursday

LUDINGTON — The Shakespeare Reading Group meets at 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 13 in Room 201 of the Ludington Area Center for the Arts. The group will continue its reading of “Cymbelline,” starting with Act III.

Open to all who have a love of Shakespeare,  the group meets once a month for about two hours to read from the works of The Bard. Participants take on a role of one of the actors and read their parts. An informal discussion is held.at the end of each scene. This is strictly for fun; no homework is assigned, no tests are given, no grades are awarded.

Participants are asked to bring their own copy of Shakespeare’s works and to contribute $3 toward facility usage ($2 for LACA members). SRG meets the second Thursday of the month at 7pm at the Ludington Area Center for the Arts, 107 S.
