Family of Josh Collins establishes official fund

The family of Josh Collins has established the Josh Collins Family Memorial Fund. Josh’s wife, Amanda, and their 10-month-old daughter, Lillian, died in a crash Wednesday night on Jebavy Drive in Hamlin Township. His 7-year-old stepdaughter, Madysen Church, is in critical condition at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.

“The family is amazed and encouraged by the incredible support by the community,” Josh’s aunt, Jeana Barnett, said. “We want to thank everyone for the continued prayers for Mady and Josh. We have had an astounding out pouring of people who want to donate or host fundraisers to aid with the expenses. We also are receiving many messages asking if a fundraiser is legitimate. We ask that anyone wishes to host a fundraiser please e-mail the family directly. There has been an amazing response on Pray for Mady we do not want to miss a post concerning a fundraiser. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.”

2. Go to your local bank and simply transfer your donation to The Josh Collins Family Memorial Fund at Fifth Third Bank in Ludington.
