SCOTTVILLE — The 23rd annual Family AfFAIR will be held Saturday, March 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mason County Central High School.
Every year, hundreds of people from businesses and community agencies get together to provide a whole day of free fun for families. Over 45 groups and organizations bring intriguing and entertaining hands-on activity for participants. Some booths provide snacks, but there is food service provided, to be purchased at family friendly prices in the cafeteria area.
As always, there is a family show to attend as well, the “ScienceRific Comedy Show with Joel Tacey.” He will present two shows, 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., during the day. Tacey presents his shows with a mixture of upbeat comedy, magic, music and lots of audience participation. The Family AfFAIR theme this year is “Lets’ READ Together and RENEW Our Family and Community.”
