Ludington man arrested for no driver’s license following crash

mcso_logoA 31-year-old Ludington man was arrested Wednesday following a traffic crash in Summit Township. Mason County sheriff deputies were called to the intersection of Pere Marquette Highway and Mesenheimer Road at 1:27 p.m. for a two vehicle broadside crash, no injuries. One of the drivers, a 31-year-old man, was arrested for driving without a license/never applied.

Other activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office for Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014 included:

– 9:40 a.m.: Vehicle in a ditch, no damage or injuries, Stiles and Fisher roads, Victory Twp.

– 10:47 a.m.: Single vehicle rollover crash, no injuries, Stiles and Fisher roads, Victory Twp. Scottville Fire Dept. dispatched to assist.

– 4:11 p.m.: Alarm activation, 6600 block of West Sunset Circle, Pere Marquette Twp.

– 6:29 p.m.: Assist Scottville Police Dept., Main and Broadway.

– 9:43 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Sugar Grove east of U.S. 31, Sherman Twp.

– 11:59 p.m.: Assist to Ludington Police Dept., 900 block of North Emily St.
