Schools closed for third day

All Mason County schools will again be closed Wednesday, this time because of icy conditions. This marks the third day in a row that school children have an extended Christmas break. Schools closed include Mason County Central, Mason County Eastern, Ludington Area Schools, Ludington Area Catholic and West Shore Educational Service District. We have not received verification from any other schools.
