79th District Court arraignments, as of Jan. 2, 2014

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in front of the magistrate in Mason County’s 79th District Court.

Felonies

Cody Wayne Methvin, 22, 113 N. Dennis Rd., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 30 by Ludington Police Dept. (LPD) for carrying a concealed weapon. A preliminary conference is scheduled for Jan. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bond, $5,000/personal. He was also arrested Dec. 30 by State, Sheriff’s, Chief’s Narcotic Enforcement Team (SSCENT) for controlled substance delivery. A pretrial conference is scheduled Jan. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bond, $3,500/personal.

Erik Axel Mott, 21, 11758 N. U.S. 31, Manistee, was arrested Jan. 1 by Michigan State Police (MSP) – Hart Post for assault with a dangerous weapon. A preliminary conference is scheduled for Jan. 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bond, $5,000/10% deposit.

Wilbur Matthew Weber, 47, 109 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 2 by MSP for failure to comply with sex offender registry, habitual offender. Prelim, Jan. 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bond, $3,500/10% deposit.

Christopher Joseph Watson, 30, 703 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 27 by MCSO for home invasion first degree, breaking and entering with intent and habitual offender fourth. Prelim, Jan 3 at 1 p.m. and Jan. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bond, $10,000/cash.

Misdemeanors

Westley Myrl Clough, 25, 203 N. Harrison St., Apt. 8, Ludington was arrested by LPD for controlled substance possession of marijuana and driving while license suspended second offense. Pretrial, Jan. 13 at 2 p.m. Bond, $2,500/10%.

Jason Philip Brock, 38, 6690 Middleton Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 1 by LPD for controlled substance possession of marijuana. A pretrial conference is scheduled for Jan. 15 at 9:45 a.m. Bond, $2,500/10% deposit.

Alexander Ian McCallum, 23, 6110 W. Decker Rd., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for controlled substance possession of marijuana. A pretrial conference is scheduled for Jan. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bond, $2,500/10% deposit.

Pauline Renee Lucas, 37, 507 N. Lavinia St., Ludington, was arrested by LPD Dec. 21 by LPD for malicious destruction of a building. Pretrial, Jan. 27, 10:15 a.m. Bond, $1,500/10%.

Sarah Angela Friedley, 35, 210 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Dec. 19 by Michigan State Police (MSP) for retail fraud, third degree. Pretrial, Jan. 13, 2 p.m. Bond, $2,500/personal.

Boris Fidelis Radloff V, 19, 202 Fourth St., Ludington, was arrested by LPD for aggravated assault. Pretrial, Jan. 13 at 2:15 a.m. Bond, $3,500/10%.

Tony Michael Pouch, 66, 2932 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 1 by LPD, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated or under the influence. Pretrial, Jan. 27, 9:30 a.m. Bond, $2,500/10%.

Joshua Stuart Sutfin, 24, 802 St. Paul St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 1 by LPD for domestic violence. Pretrial, Jan. 13, 3 p.m. Bond, $2,500/10%.

Jeannette Arlene Harris, 56, 418 E. U.S. 10, Scottville, was arrested Dec. 30 by MCSO for retail fraud third degree. Prelim, Jan. 27 at 11:30 a.m. Bond, $1,500/10%.

Jayme Michele Saunders, 18, 3569 W. Jefferson Rd., Pentwater, was arrested Jan. 1 by LPD for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Prelim, Feb. 3, 9:30 a.m. Bond, $2,500/10%.

Ronald Allen Sorensen, 71, 2772 S. Kintner Rd., Custer, was arrested Jan. 1 by Scottville Police Dept. (SPD) for operating while intoxicated. Prelim, Feb. 3 at 10 a.m. Bond, $2,500/10%.

Charles William Jones, 34, 121 W. State St., Scottville, was arrested Jan. 1 by MCSO for driving while license suspended/revoked. Prelim, Feb. 3, 9:45 a.m. Bond, $1,500/10%.
