A flood advisory is in effect for the Pere Marquette River near Scottville, due to a possible ice jam, until Sunday afternoon. At 8 p.m. Wednesday the stage was 3.9 feet; bank full stage is 4 feet; flood stage is 5.5 feet. The river is expected to rise to near 4.5 feet by Friday morning. Expect high water to begin covering campground road adjacent to the river at Riverside Park.
