* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS 1 TO 4 INCHES BY 8 AM WEDNESDAY.

* BLOWING SNOW REDUCING VISIBILITIES.

* SNOW COVERED ROADS AND SLOWER TRAVEL.

* POWER OUTAGES POSSIBLE DUE TO BREEZY CONDITIONS AND ICE
REMAINING ON TREE LIMBS.
